Cut your home heating bills in half

Elevator Pitch

60% of your energy bill goes on heating. Most of us confess to heating empty rooms. Install OpenTRV, relax in the comfort of a cosy warm home and let it save you 50% of your heating bill.

At the same time, we'll be cutting the entire (!) UK's carbon emissions by 10%.

Product

Radio controlled thermostatic radiator valve controllers plus a boiler controller to fire it up on demand. Optional internet connection. Whole house equipment cost: £100-200. Retrofittable by a competent DIYer. We tested the 3D printed prototype last winter (see photo), this winter we'll have a single integrated production quality device.

Why we are ecofriendly

We'll reduce the entire UK's carbon emissions by 86 Megatonnes, 10%. Extended out to the rest of Europe, we'll reduce the entire EU's carbon emissions by 8%.

Plus we're helping to alleviate fuel poverty. Triple bottom line, anyone?

Latest News

Production version will be available mid November for trials in social housing.
