Elevator Pitch

Awaju develops WATTlive, a B2B2C white-label software platform for utilities which helps private households to conserve energy and to create awareness about ones' energy usage. Game mechanics, behavioral science and social interaction are used to increase customer engagement and tailored recommendations allow for marketing of utilities' products and services.

Product

The first step to engage with customers is to help them gain energy awareness. Step-by-step customers learn about their energy usage and receive personalized tips as well as offers from the product and service portfolio of the utility. Different channels like web-portal, e-mail, and in the future mobile apps are used to satisfy the communication preferences of diverse customers. Our user-centric approach combines data-analysis, gamification, social integration, behavioural economics and psychology to increase customer enagement, gain customer insights and to motivate energy savings in private households.



Why we are ecofriendly

The potential to save energy at home is constantly underestimated by households due to a non-transparent energy usage and false beliefs about the impact of energy saving measures. With the WATTlive platform we help households to take the right action and to tap their savings potential.
